The Internet has unearthed some of Michael Sean Edwards's black and white photos of 1988 New York City. From people "dumpster diving" at 10th and 1st, to the Scorsese-like cool of Sophie's Bar (lead image), these pictures are nostalgia for native New Yorkers, yet beautiful enough for non-residents to enjoy.
