A recent FEMA study, "Key Response Planning Factors for the Aftermath of Nuclear Terrorism [for kids!]", has reassured us that Washington D.C. would not be totally destroyed if a nuclear bomb were detonated in the city's center. Sensing a lackadaisical attitude since the Hunger Games film came out over the weekend, the powers-that-be set out to remind us that being alive now is much scarier than being alive in the future.
