With her marriage to Kris Humphries belly up, Kim Kardashian has no use for the wedding gifts she was given.
Still, it's the thought that counts. So she decided to return the kind gesture and give the total value of the gifts, plus additional money, to charity. That way the gifts weren't a complete wash.
TMZ obtained a letter sent to guests who were at the wedding that reads: "I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation."
Sources told TMZ the total value was around $100,000, and she tossed in another $100,000 of her own money to make it even.
