It's been quite a month for Justin Bieber. First he turns 18, then he graces the cover of our 10th Anniversary Issue, and now he's interested in this Calabasas mansion. The place is located in a gated community some 22 miles outside Hollywood, which makes it a strange location for a dude who just turned 18. Maybe he's not about that life.
TMZ reported that the seller is looking for approximately $7 million, and Bieber's offer was around $1.5 million short of that; he was also spotted looking at another house in the Hollywood Hills this weekend. x17, on the other hand, claims that Bieber actually purchased the mansion for $6 million. Eventually, the truth will come out.
