By next month, that Chick-fil-A by Catholic University won’t be D.C.’s lone location. According to NBC4, the chain will launch a food truck in the District on April 9. Typically, D.C.’s food truck culture hasn’t revolved around chains, but that's not stopping the Christian chain from capitalizing.
However, not everyone in the area is enamored with the idea of chicken sandwiches and waffle fries being available everyday (except Sundays). Some folks take issue with the chain's politics, specifically their homophobic stance. Imagine that. Regardless, the truck will arrive in exactly two weeks.
