15. Monk's Cafe, in Seinfeld (1989-1998)

If Monk's was in our neighborhood (the real Monks, not just the facade of Tom's restaurant the show used), we'd regularly drop by for a crappy cup of burnt diner coffee. According to Elaine (Julia Louis Dreyfus), chef Larry can't even make an an egg white omelette anyway, so we wouldn't really be missing out.

Instead, we'd eavesdrop on George's lame (yet sometimes effective) attempts to flirt with heavy-breasted waitresses, Jerry's frequently voiced pet peeves and Elaine's often irrational outbursts. Could there be a better way to waste an afternoon?
