Snooki and JWoww's request for a filming permit in Hoboken, New Jersey, may have been turned down by city mayor Dawn Zimmer, but they're not too worried - according to them, if the mayor doesn't want them there, they don't want to be there. It's like an Adele song up in here.
The duo appeared on the WPLJ radio show Scott & Todd in the Morning today, and got into their reaction to Zimmer's rejection.
"Not everybody's going to like us," Snooki commented. "At the end of the day, it's her loss, because just look at what we brought to the Jersey shore with all the business and income...stuff like that. So, whatever. I love Hoboken, no hate." A possible reason why Zimmer ultimately rejected the request for a permit? Snooki speculates, "maybe she just doesn't like our tans, I don't know."
Jenni added, "it's their loss, because we're just trying to help the economy in Jersey, and trying to bring profit to it, and what's wrong with that?"
Basically: Nevermind, Zimmer, they'll find someone like you.
