It looks like David Lee's old apartment in White Plains wasn't working out for Jeremy Lin, because he's relocating to downtown New York. Today, Lin signed papers to rent a fully furnished condo on the 38th floor of the W Hotel.
The 1,182 square foot, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was on the market for $2.315 million before the owner decided to rent it to Lin. Though his representatives declined to say how much he'll be paying monthly, he'll probably pay between $3,600 to $8,900.
So why opt for the W over the Trump Tower in White Plains? Lin didn't like making that late night commute home, and we don't blame him.
