In anticipation of the release of 21 Jump Street, a contemporary re-invention of the classic 80s TV series that introduced the world to Richard Grieco (and Johnny Depp), Complex and Sony Pictures are hosting a contest on Venice Beach sure to please both movie and sports fans alike.
In the new film, Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill are undercover cops sent back to high school; so to foster the gym class vibe, we’re bringing you the “21 Jump Shot Challenge,” where participants will fire off up to 21 of their best jumpers. All participants will receive a custom event t-shirt, and will be eligible to win a limited edition “21 Jump Shot Challenge” basketball.
The event takes place on February 25th from 1pm–3pm at the Blue Basketball Court located at Ocean Front Walk and 17th Street in Venice.
