Despite Sony Marketing SVP Guy Longsworth's suggestion to the contrary, Uncharted developer Naughty Dog has clarified to Neogaf that the studio's not working on anything for the PS Vita.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss has been met with praise (you can always go try it at Gamestop and decide for yourself), proving that Naughty Dog's style is perfectly workable on the PS Vita (even if they didn't develop the game). So why shouldn't the studio develop games for the Vita once their current projects are done?

Yet they're definitely "not working on anything for PS Vita," marketing and community guy Arne Meyer wrote. "I won't say never, ever, but there's no plans for it right now - we've always felt that consoles play to our strengths as a studio the best."

We're fine with them concentrating on The Last Of Us for now, but we would still love to see a Crash Bandicoot revival one day, and the Vita would be perfect for that. Who knows? Tell us your thoughts in the comments or on Twitter.
