Disney has bought a controlling stake in Indian media conglomerate UTV, owner of game development studio UTV Ignition.
The move has been said to be a sign that Disney is looking to expand its presence in India, In gaming, it means that El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron and Deadly Premonition are now Disney licenses.
There has been no word yet as to how the change in management will effect UTV Ignition or its projects...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Pixar's film version of El Shaddai.
