It's not the first time we've seen a man of the law lash out on an innocent person, and it certainly won't be the last, but it definitely might be the funniest.
In the video above, a cop pulls over the driver of an SUV and tells him he is going to let him off without a ticket and politely asks if he can search his car. But the driver declines, and does his best Jay-Z in "99 Problems" impression: "I know my rights and you gon need a warrant for that."
Except the officer doesn't think he's "sharp as a tack", he is furious at being denied the search, and goes on an expletive-laced rant that would even make Mel Gibson blush, and tears out of there without given the driver his license back.
Cops these day. More angsty than teenagers!
