You know those commercials that show people jumping and off buildings and staircases or leaping up onto walls? That's called Parkour. According to Wikipedia, it's a training method developed by a Frenchman named David Belle. It looks to be an intensive workout, one that will sharpen the senses and tone muscles you never knew you would need to use. Or so we thought. According to one contributor, Parkour is "the physical practice of sucking nuts in both urban and rural settings."
