"Mortal Kombat" is Heading to Vita

One of last year's best fighting games will make it's way to Vita this Spring.

It looks like PS Vita is shaping up to be a great console for fighting game fans. Last year's reboot of Mortal Kombat is coming to the new console some time this spring.

According to creator Ed Boon, the Vita version of the game will not only feature all of the content from the home console edition, but will include new features and content making it "the best fighting experience available on the new mobile platform."

Producer Warner Bros has also mentioned the inclusion of new features in the Vita version of MK, saying that more announcements will come in the months leading up to the games release.

The PlayStation Vita launches in the US on February 22nd.
