Well it seems that after the hold-up with the in-game auction house, The Korean Gaming Board has given Diablo 3 a certification for players 18 and up.
And with certifications come imminent release dates, and while the February 1st release has been denied by Blizzard, it's clear that things are still moving forward at an accelerated pace. That said, it's very likely we'll be getting news of a definitive release date soon.
Diablo 3 is still looking at an "early 2012" release for PC and for consoles.
