If you've been paying attention, you may have noticed that today's Xbox 360 dashboard update, which was set to go live at 10am ET, is missing in action. Turns out it's been delayed; Microsoft's Major Nelson has been tweeting about it: "FYI: The timing for Xbox 360 dashboard update has been slightly delayed. I’ll have a status update later today," he said, adding,"Thanks again for your patience. I won't have additional details until later today. The moment I have new information, I'll share it w/ you."
What exactly does "slightly delayed" mean? It's still possible the update could go live today, though we'll have to wait until later to know for sure. Meanwhile, let's speculate about what could have caused this: our guess is raccoons in the servers. Bastards'll do anything for attention. What do you think it was?
