With the iMac raising Apple's brand profile back to where it was when it first released the original Macintosh, Apple needed to convince people to make the switch to the platform which was currently trailing far behind Microsoft's Windows. To help, Apple created this campaign to list all the reasons why people should make the jump. The first spot featured a high school girl who lost her entire report when her PC crashed. Either that or she was so high she completely forgot to do it. Either way, great commercial.
