Had you read Apple’s press release for its video editing software and tested the product shortly after, you would have either laughed until you induced a headache or put a fist through your iMac or MacBook screen. "A revolutionary new version of the world's most popular Pro video editing software which completely reinvents video editing," was far from what Final Cut Pro X turned out to be. The program was considered a catastrophe, plagued with bugs such as the inability to import anything other than iMovie projects and no Multicam support. CNNMoney reported over 600 filmmakers had signed a complaint about Apple’s product, pressuring the company to refund all dissatisfied costumers. After the feedback, Apple re-released the previous version of FCP.
