14. Samsung Focus S

Carrier/Price: AT&T, $200

The Focus S steals some flash from its bargain brethren, while boasting several upgrades in the form of construction, onboard storage, and a better rear camera. Samsung built the Mango-ready handset with a slimmer and thinner profile to accommodate mobility, plus the new 8MP shooter snaps clear images and 720p clips that playback at an estimated 30 fps. The enlarged 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display outshines the Flash's second-gen shade by producing definitive imagery and more vibrant colors. Add Qualcomm's 1.4GHz processor and Mango's polished UI, and you have the closest thing to a premium WP7.5 handset. Well, until Nokia finally hits us with something.
