Agua Horchata Milagrosa

2 oz. Milagro Reposado 
1 oz. Homemade Horchata 
0.5 oz. Homemade Grenadine  
0.5 oz. Freshly squeezed (and strained) lemon juice   
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters   
1 dash All Spice
.5 oz. egg white
freshly grated Mexican cinnamon 

Combine ingredients in a Boston shaker glass. Shake well. Strain into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with star anise and freshly grated Mexican cinnamon.
