Apple continues to beat its competitors over the head with patents and their newest seems the most logical next step for any mobile OS maker: in-call app switching.
The patent is vague in its working, giving Apple exclusive rights over a “portable device with graphical user interface supporting application switching.” More simply put, Apple has ensured that only its devices can switch between apps and calls.
At this point, Apple’s just walking a fine line between brilliance and bullying.
