With the current NBA lockout in full force, there isn’t a lot of basketball going on. Those poor NBA players have to be getting bored sitting on their butts. Well, Ubisoft is hoping to change that with a new challenge laid on the table for the NBA elite.

The challenge has been laid down: Ubisoft wants the players of the NBA to create their own custom dance routines in the Just Create Mode of Just Dance 3 using the Xbox 360’s Kinect. The winning routine will earn a $25,000 donation to the charity of that player’s choice. The best part is that we, the gaming public, are going to get a chance to see the entries prepared by those players who participate. Submissions are to be recorded using the game’s Kinect integration and uploaded to JustDancePlanet.com via Xbox Live.

Submissions are being accepted through November 18, 2011 and the winner will be chosen on by public voting beginning on November 21. You have to admit, these are going to be hilarious just to watch.
