Ubisoft has revealed that it is in fact working on a new installment in the Rainbow 6 series. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6 Patriots is currently being developed for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC and being targeted for a 2013 release.
This time around, your squad will need to confront a group of homegrown terrorists who call themselves the True Patriots. This well organized group of revolutionaries believe that the United States is beyond saving from its corrupt government and greedy politicians; in there eyes the only way to take this country back is to do it by brute force. Ubisoft is crafting a new narrative style for the game which will have players facing a plethora of ethical decisions which will challenge their morals and humanity.
