The HTC Titan, one of the first and most promising phones built on the latest version of Windows Phone, will be arriving at AT&T on November 20 for $199.
As the name suggests, perhaps the most distinctive feature of the Titan is its size. HTC outfitted it with a massive 4.7-inch screen, and the whole phone comes in at 5.18 x 2.78 x 0.39 inches. Inside it's got a 1.5 ghz single-core snapdragon processor, 512 MB of RAM and an 8 megapixel shooter.
The Titan will be joined by the HTC Radar and the Samsung Focus S in the first wave of Windows Phone 7.5 devices.
