As the tablet wars started heating up, Amazon jumped on the "bash iPad bandwagon" by poking fun of the device's high price tag and shiny screen, which most iPad readers know made for difficult reading in the sunlight. When the anonymous iPad owner asks the hot brunette in the bikini near the poolside how can she read her device, she replies by stating, "It's a Kindle. $139. I actually paid more for these sunglasses.” It never registered to ask for her digits.
