Life In A Day, the movie that commisioned ordinary people all over the world to capture both ordinary and extraordinary scenes from their lives on film for the day of July 24, 2010, has finally come home to YouTube, where it got its start a little over a year ago.

The film, which was produced by Ridley Scott and directed by Kevin Macdonald (The Last King of Scotland, State of Play), can now be streamed in its entirety — for free — on the video-sharing site (above).

Telling "the story of a single day on Earth" Life In A Day had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival this year and a limited run in theaters this summer.
