1. EDIE SEDGWICK
Artist: Andy Warhol
Edie Sedgwick became the most influential and notable inspiration for the famous pop artist. 1965's "Girl of the Year” was the focus of Warhol’s several short films shot at The Factory, including the Poor Little Rich Girl saga. She was also involved with Bob Dylan and other artists of the time, but she'll always be remembered for her proximity to Warhol. Their relationship was eventually reborn for the screen in her 2006 biopic, Factory Girl.
