This one's easy. Make haste to BaoHaus. Any proper hoodrat will be captivated by Eddie Huang—chef and owner here, but also a hip-hop pundit and fearless raconteur. Buns are the specialty, stuffed with pork belly, fish cakes, fried chicken, and so on. There are freshly-pressed juices for teetotalers, and you can BYO Olde English, or whatever piss-tasting malt liquor your "around the way girl" favors. Whether she first notices RZA or Confucius from the Great Wall of Chinamen (a mural by design group Attack) should tell you all you need to know.
