There was a time when critics said that the FPS genre would work on the home consoles. They felt that it was a niche genre that would only succeed when using a keyboard and mouse. Then, back in 1997 RARE did the impossible and crafted a FPS for the Nintendo 64 that changed that notion forever. This week, a new version of that classic game is finally hitting the HD consoles and taking the classic battle(s) online.

Activision will launch Goldeneye 007: Reloaded this week on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The classic game has been completely rebuilt from the ground up with an updated storyline, completely new graphics, and a ton of new functionality to make it compete with the current market of games. The launch trailer for the game has been released and gives you a glimpse of what you can expect in this new adventure.

Just remember, only little bitches play as Oddjob.
