How will that work?

The Federal Trade Commission wants Four Loko to stop lying.

According to current advertisements, Phusion Projects (the maker of the delicious danger can) states that drinking one can of Four Loko is equivalent to drinking two 12 oz. beers — average beers, nothing with a terribly high ABV

Really though, one can of Four Loko is equivalent to drinking four or five 12 oz. beers. Thus, it is not safe to be drunk in one sitting (so says the FTC). Because of that, Phusion is being ordered to change the language in their advertisements and also to sell the drink in a resealable container.

We want to drink Four Loko from a corked wine bottle. We want to drink Four Loko from a Grolsch-style swing-top capped bottle. We want and we want, but we'll have to wait till spring to see how Phusion complies with the FTC's orders.
