The frenetic funnyman looks to add a dash of SNL lunacy to an already eclectic cast.

Saturday Night Live's Will Forte is the latest addition to Neighborhood Watch, director Akiva Schaffer's comedy starring Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn. Although not much is known about Forte's role, other than that he's called "Sergeant Bressman," whether he'll be a big part of the comedy or just a cameo remains unclear.

The film's plotline is about a group of suburban dads who form a neighborhood watch group as an excuse to get away from the wives (and mistresses), hang out and drink beer. Their plans go awry when they find themselves up to the neck in a mess that threatens to bring about the end of the world. Thankfully enough for audiences there won't be any of his MacGruber skills to save the day

Neighborhood Watch also stars Jonah Hill, Rosemary DeWitt, and the just-announced Richard Ayoade (who won the gig over Chris Tucker) as Jamarcus. It's scheduled for release in theaters next July, and will be Forte's fourth movie released next year, alongside I Hate You Dad, Rock of Ages, and Billion Dollar Movie. Can you tell who's going to have the best year evar?
