When Michelle Obama speaks, restaurants listen.

In response to the First Lady’s mission to stop childhood obesity, Olive Garden and Red Lobster plan to cut the sodium and fat on their menus by 20 percent over the next decade. In addition, both chains will make vegetables the default sides on the children’s menu, and kids will be served low-fat milk.

We respect the First Lady’s G, and now kids will only be fat if their parents really want them to. However, we don’t see those breadsticks or cheddar biscuits going down without a fight.
