Last week, we revealed the top QB ratings for Madden NFL 12 and this week we’re looking at the running backs. Adrian Peterson tops the list with an overall rating of 97. With a 97 speed, 97 stiff arm, 95 spin and a 98 juke, he’s going to be a nightmare to tackle. While Chris Johnson’s overall rating of 96 puts him in second place, his speed and acceleration (99) surpass Mr. Peterson. Jamaal Charles and Maurice Jones-Drew come in third place with ratings of 95 and Steven Jackson rounds out the top-5 with a 94. This list is bound to cause some controversy as 2010’s top rusher, Arian Foster, didn’t make the cut, but keep in mind these other guys have been consistent performers year after year.
