Almost about a year ago, Wu-Tang Clan's Raekwon announced plans to film a biopic about himself, and no one really celebrated his efforts. But now that a script is almost finished for the tentatively titled C.R.E.A.M. — things are getting exciting. So interesting, in fact, that Goodie Mob's Cee-Lo Green is set to act in Rae's in-the-works biopic as his father.

The Chef has been putting this project together, which is based around his early life in Staten Island, New York, and told XXL Magazine that he has cast around 60% of the roles. "Cee-Lo Green is playing my pops in the film," Rae confirmed to the hip-hop mag. "He's a good friend of mine. When I called him and told him about it he was just overwhelmed."

As for who gets to play Raekwon himself, that's still undecided, but let us make a suggestion. We know that Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kidsis or was a leading contender, but you should cast Christopher Wallace Jr. instead to play young Lex Diamond.

C.R.E.A.M. doesn't have a start date for filming or a confirmed studio, but according to Raekwon, "it will definitely be in theaters." Do you think that will actually happen? Speak your piece in the comments section below.
