In this video, witness one cabbie threaten a passenger with physical violence. And witness said passenger gleefully act like a dick in the face of a beat down. He let's out a Khalifa-esque long laugh after committing the cabbie's ID number to memory.
Gothamist reports that the passenger has filed a complaint against the driver.
