The heart of Boston's underground hip-hop scene will rock strong over beats at the Middle East in Cambridge Saturday night. Mr. Lif, Army of The Pharaohs, Termanology, Esoteric, and many more are slated to perform at the benefit show for heavily-respected local emcee, Akrobatik.

Last month, Akro suffered a potentially life-threatening heart condition that required surgery. In a recent interview about his health, he said, "According to the best cardiology team in the world, I'm going to be even better than before." That's great news, but great medical care doesn't come cheap, so this show is meant to offset some of the treatment costs, with all profits going towards his recovery.
