Microsoft may have scrapped the ad campaign that saw co-founder Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld set out on a quest to learn how to be "real people", but we didn't think they were as bad people made them out to be. Yeah, Bill Gates was awkward, and paying Seinfeld $10 million for the commercials made Microsoft seem even more out of date, but it got people really talking about Microsoft again. Seemed like money well-spent to us.
