Norm MacDonald has been called many things, but "psychic" has never been one of them. However, in an interview with Complex last month, the Saturday Night Live alum made a pretty bold prediction for the NBA Finals, and, so far, he's on the money.
"I think the Dallas Mavericks are going to make the finals," MacDonald told us. "They’ll win everything. Write it down! You heard it here first, folks. If they win, I expect everyone to show me some respect.”
And, of course, after the Mavs’ shocking sweep of the two-time defending NBA Champion Lakers, Comedy Central's Sports Show With Norm MacDonald host is one step closer to that respect he so desires. We're calling it first: If he turns out to be right, MacDonald will forever be known as "Normstradamus."
