Oh, how our hearts grow heavy. The latest game set to drop later than expected is none other than Mass Effect 3. The Facebook page for the sci-fi epic's latest title announced that the game is now set to release "in the first three months of 2012." Executive Producer Casey Hudson dulled the pain of the news somewhat by stating that "the development team is laser focused on making sure Mass Effect 3 is the biggest, boldest and best game in the series, ensuring that it exceeds everyone’s expectations." Well...fine. But we're still a bit miffed at the fact that we won't get to save Earth as Commander Shepard until next year. Guess interstellar transportation ain't what it used to be.
