Zach Condon’s output as Beirut hasn’t strayed too much from the minor-key, gypsy-infused ballads that he does so well. Over three albums, a few EPs, and a handful of side projects, he has expanded what was a solo project into a fantastical world of horns, Hungarian melodies, accordions, and Latin American percussion, all rolled into big, epic songs. Rumor has it that a new album has been recorded and should be out later this year, so move fast to buy these tickets before the show at the Wellmont sells out—you may get some exclusive performances of new songs.—Finn Cohen
