4. GUS IN THE TRIPPER (2007)

The Tripper features a hippie-hating harbinger of death who dresses like Ronald Reagan and terrorizes a group of kids at a Woodstock-esque music festival.

Dressing in nothing but a cheap suit and a goofy looking mask of “The Gipper,” this wannabe villain isn’t nearly as scary as Reaganomics was. It also doesn’t help matters that the film’s director, David Arquette, has the cinematic touch of a film school dropout.
