Not that you needed an excuse to imagine yourself back in college (and if you're in college still, don't even talk to us), but according to the Harvard Gazette, Amy Poehler will give the commencement speech to the 2011 graduating class from Harvard University in May.

Poehler joins an exclusive list of comedic talent to speak at Harvard's graduation, including Sacha Baron Cohen, Seth MacFarlane, Conan O'Brien and Al Franken. “We wanted someone people would recognize, who could give a funny and engaging speech,” graduating senior Marshal Toby Stein told the paper. “During her time on SNL, Amy was a part of our growing up, and there’s no doubt that she’s pretty hilarious.” Understatement of the year.

Here's hoping Poehler -- who can be seen weekly on the best show on television (Parks and Recreation, obviously) -- finds room in her speech for special guest stars. Seth Meyers and Tina Fey should be advised to keep May 25 open on their calendar.
