Celebrate Seattle's Hip-Hop and R&B Scene at the Coolout 20th Anniversary Party Saturday (4/2)

Coolout TV, Seattle's source for local rap information, turns 20.

In Seattle for the last 20 years, the local hip-hop scene has been well-documented by Coolout TV, a former public-access show that recently became web-only. Coolout has interviewed the likes of Too $hort, Ying Yang Twins, KRS-One, and hometown hero Sir Mix-a-Lot. To celebrate this milestone, Coolout is hosting a party at the Crocodile.

Isiah Anderson and DJ Rocphella will MC the event. In addition to screenings of classic Coolout footage, there will be surprise appearances from Northwest hip-hop and R&B stars. No word on who exactly, but Coolout is well-connected. Best not underestimate the talent the network can pull.

The Coolout 20th Anniversary Party
Saturday, April 2
