Chef Bryant Ng has trained at Paris' Le Cordon Bleu, and worked in some of the best kitchens in the West Coast, but is now opening the doors of his own restaurant, Spice Table, this weekend. The spot makes a wonderful addition to Little Tokyo, with eye-pleasing aesthetics, and cuisine inspired by Ng's Singaporean heritage and the other flavors of Southeast Asia. Expect expansion of the menu soon, but they're launching with enough spicy delectables to satisfy diners now. However, according to their site, they're only open for dinner (between 5:30p.m. and midnight) and close doors on Sundays, so it'd be best to make a reservation online to secure your spot.
