It looks like FX is staging the Friday Night Lights reunion we all want. Sorta. Just a couple of weeks after announcing that Connie Britton would head to the cable network to lead Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story comes word that her former on-screen husband, Kyle Chandler, is interested in Powers.
The potential new series is about a detective team who try to solve crimes in a world where superpowers are commonplace. Powers is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Brian Michael Bendisand Michael Avon Oeming.
According to TVLine, Chandler has given his own notes on the script, and if they're incorporated he might be inclined to return to the small screen sooner rather than later; he'll co-star in Super 8 this summer.
