If you're running Android 2.2 (Froyo), 2.3 (Gingerbread), or have a Xoom and are running 3.0 (Honeycomb), make sure to keep an eye on the Android Market today—Adobe's Flash 10.2 is coming.

The highly touted update to the company's mobile flash player is said to bring increased performance for all the new dual-core smartphones that are popping up. And it will bring Flash to all the tablets running Honeycomb.

Engadget played around with the new player and spoke to some folks over at Adobe which told them that even if you don't have a dual-core handset, you should still see some improvements. Sounds good to us.
