MacBook Pros Get a Modest Upgrade

The new MacBook Pros arrive more tweaked than overhauled.

After weeks of rumors and speculation, the refreshed MacBook Pros are here, and they truly are "refreshed" -- not all-new as some had hoped. The biggest new features are the much-talked about Light Peak, or "Thunderbolt" connector and an upgrade of the FaceTime camera to allow for video chats with resolution 3x higher than the previous model. Inside, the 15-inch and 17-inch models get screaming new quad-core Intel i7 processors and a new AMD alternating GPU. The body of the MBPs sadly doesn't appear to have changed at all, contrary to early rumors. Check out the full specs below.
