We don't know anyone who still uses Hotmail, but we hear it's big in England. But that may all change if this song, "Dear Microsoft", is any indication. Recorded by a British MC named Dan Bull, this open letter to Microsoft has him detailing his disappointment with the e-mail service and the upgrades he feels Microsoft tried to pass off as improvements. We feel your pain, Dan. That's why we switched to GMail years ago. Maybe you should do the same.
