The last time you saw Ashley Judd on televison, you were probably a kid and your mother was probably watching Sisters. It's been 17 years since Judd has been a fixture on series television, but this fall that could change if her new pilot gets picked up by ABC.

Deadline reports that Judd will star in Missing, a new drama that sounds an awful lot like Liam Neeson's Taken: a mother heads to Italy to find her missing son, and she'll do anything it takes to get him back. Spoiler alert: She's a former CIA agent with a likely bad attitude.

How that premise would work as a long-term series remains to be seen—how many seasons would her 18-year-old son stay missing?—but ABC is confident in the pilot script, as they're rushing production with the hope of airing the picked up show in September.
