Infinity Ward Is Not Alone For "Modern Warfare 3"

Sounds like Activision's recruiting a couple of new developers to chip in.

None

After last year's craziness surrounding the Activision/Infinity Ward beef, a lot of people had a lot of theories about whether or not the "new" Infinity Ward would be left to their own devices during the development of Modern Warfare 3. And today, a Los Angeles Times article was published that paints a cozy three-way picture of the game's creation. According to the piece, Infinity Ward is working with Sledgehammer Games on the single-player campaign, while Raven Software (Singularity, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance) is working on the multiplayer component. The game hasn't yet been officially announced, but the paper's sources revealed that it would be released this coming November. We love rumors, but we're not sure what to think about this one. How about you? [via NeoGaf]
